A break is like meditation.
Many people have found that meditation is a terrific method to put things on hold and improve focus. Additionally, the number of yoga studios and meditation centers is growing like mushrooms, and our app has already made meditation accessible to hundreds of thousands of individuals.
It offers tranquility and room. Meditation is a technique to help you find calm inside yourself in a world that is under strain (both physically and figuratively). Additionally, you don’t need to do anything about the tension, thoughts, ideas, or anxieties; you may simply let them fade for a bit.
45 second meditation
The great thing about meditation is that anyone can do it, anytime, anywhere. If you want to experience a deep connection and awareness you will need to meditate for a long time (for example half an hour), but you can also select a shorter route. Take a 45 second meditation break, just enough to experience more peace and improve focus.
Shut your eyes
This effectively disconnects you from the outside world and “forces” you to search within and make use of your other senses.
Concentrate on breathing
Pay attention to the air entering and leaving your nostrils. Simply concentrate on how your breathing feels rather than changing how you breathe. After all, all you need to do is take a few breaths in and out.
Concentrate on your body
Continue to inhale gently, then turn your focus to your body.
What physical feelings are you experiencing? You seem chilled.
Warm? Are there any aches or itches? Just observe; you don’t need to pass judgment.
Inhale and exhale one more time and slowly open your eyes. Return to the here and now, calmly and without haste, and go on with your day.
Short guided meditations
You can do this meditation break as often as you like. It’s a way to take short breaks from what you were doing and a little bit of time to regain focus. If you find it difficult to meditate by yourself, try a guided meditation.
SleepA contains various short guided meditations (starting at 3 minutes) for you to enjoy and improve focus. Finally, a guided meditation is a meditation comprising music and a voice that guides you through the meditation. It will help you to focus on the voice while meditating, so you can relax more easily and remain focused.
